Merima has been managing Erasmus+ projects, mainly KA2 and Capacity Building. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's of English language and literature and a Master's degree in English literature. She worked at the International Relations Office of the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar and organized many activities and events for youth, which concludes 8 years of experience in youth work besides projects. Merima is an outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded problem-solver who is capable of thinking outside the box as well as working under pressure to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
