YAMNFL research on recognition and validation of non-formal learning in EU, WB and Turkey is finally available
One of the specific objectives of our YAMNFL project was to research, collect, analyze and spread existing best practices and policies in the field of validation and recognition of NFL. In that light, each organization, coordinated by the applicant, carried out a research and identified the current situation on the validation and recognition of Non Formal and Informal Learning in their country. The applicant also collected relevant European data. All of this was useful and used for creating this dedicated publication that will provide inspiration for the Young Ambassadors for their activities, especially the ones in partnership with different stakeholders.
This detailed publication provides the insight into national laws/strategies, plans and regulations on non-formal learning within Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey. It is also supplemented by personal experiences of project partners regarding recognition and validation of NFL as well with the summaries of the YAMNFL questionnaires and focus groups.
The research is the unique overview on the subject and an the important contribution in promoting the NFL in Europe, especially in the regions where it has not been recognized and validated as the important factor.
